@Keep Secrets a Secret

I stayed at Secrets Resorts and I am shocked at your comment. Surely you can stand by your opinion not to return to the hotel. I will reply to your comment by comparing my stay with yours.

1. When I arrived at Secrets we were treated with the best service. We were approached with the appropriate documents for us to be assigned our rooms.

2. The food was divine- at all restaurants.

3. The staff was very professional. They greeted us with "Welcome Home"...that was sweet to hear..refreshing.

Staff-loud conversations......I don't see that as deliberately happening ...surely that is ridiculous if it happens.

4. Sorry you had that experience....not the Secrets I experienced if you told the truth.

My wife and I just spent several days at the Secrets Montego Bay. We are sad to say that we were extremely disappointed and certainly will never return! While the property is very nice (the rooms are spacious and well furnished and the views are great), the service is deplorable.
To Start we had to wait more than two hours for our room upon arriving (we arrive well after the stated check in time of 3pm). Second the food was sub par at all of the "Gourmet" restaurants. Third the unprofessional, loud, and untrained staff woke us up every morning with loud personal conversations. The service was very slow(Waiting twenty minutes for an omelette at breakfast is not my idea of a good vacation). I'd like to point out that I have been coming to Jamaica for 18yrs and have stayed at many of the Island's resorts and spas. We payed for what Secrets call their Preferred service and saw no value in that service since Preferred customers are not afforded any perks other than a key card with the word preferred printed on it. The staff was not eager to assist in helping to make our vacations a relaxing experience. I found the slap stick, Abbot and Costello act by some of the staff offensive. I'd prefer less Vaudeville and more attention to detail. Several of the services promoted were never performed(turn down service and spraying to control the mosquito and no seeums). It's sad to say that with such a lovely looking facility the management have not spent the time and money on giving superior service to their customers. We were very disappointed and do not suggest you spend your hard earned dollars at Secrets Montego Bay Jamaica.

There's one for Oct/Nov you need to apply for that one. It should be good.

There used to be a woman at Disney who played Snow White. She could meet a kid in the morning and see them hours later in the day and still remember their name. Always impressed by that.
