I hardly slept Saturday night, but after having my Matcha smoothie I was determined to make it a successful day in the gym. I spent four hours in the gym #blameStephen but it was worth it.

What was in my smoothie?
Bios Life Matcha (for energy), oats, melon, cucumber, dried coconut, jack fruit, almond milk, ice, banana and callaloo. This makes a yummy smoothie, trust me.
This was my best smoothie hands down, ever!
