One of my tweeps Sheena tweeted me the photo below of a Parish Council meeting in Montego Bay, St. James. The photo features a Parish Council member playing Solitaire in the meeting.

The names of the persons in the photograph have not been verified yet. However, I will move swiftly to get that done. This photograph is authentic as you are able to see the PM’s image in the top right of the photo.
